ENMC approved 3 workshop applications!

ENMC is happy to announce that 3 workshop applications have been approved in the 2024 Autumn review round. These workshops will be planned in Q2-Q4 2025.

Farewell to Dr Ana Ferreiro as ENMC Research Director and welcome to Professor Ros Quinlivan

On 15 November, we said goodbye to Dr Ana Ferreiro as the ENMC Research Director, after two terms and 6 years.  Ana has guided the ENMC through the Covid-19 pandemic, in finding new ways to keep the workshops afloat. The integration of the online, preparatory zoom meetings became a part of the Research Committee   feedback and provided a great tool to improve workshops results. Another significant achievement is the development and implementation of the mid-career mentoring programme: the first four mentees just finished this three-year programme.
We are very pleased to announce that Prof. Ros Quinlivan (UCL Institute of Neurology, London, UK) has accepted the invitation to become the new ENMC Research Director from January 1st, 2025. We are looking forward to working with her to continue the extensive ENMC activities.

Glad to announce that ENMC has approved 7 workshop applications in the 2024 Spring review round. These workshops will be held in Q4 2024 and Q1 2025.
